Jigsaw, whose real name is Billy Russo, is a notorious villain in Marvel Comics, first appearing in The Amazing Spider-Man #162 (November 1976). He was initially a handsome professional hitman known as "Billy the Beaut," working for the Mafia. During a failed assassination attempt, he was brutally disfigured by the Punisher, leaving him with jigsaw puzzle-like scars on his face, hence his new name "Jigsaw." Since then, he has been driven by a vengeful obsession with the Punisher, becoming his archenemy. Jigsaw is a human without superpowers, but he is highly skilled in combat, weapons, and criminal strategy. In the comics, he frequently clashes with heroes like the Punisher, Spider-Man, and Daredevil. He has also been adapted into various media, such as the TV series 'The Punisher,' where he was portrayed by Ben Barnes. While his experiences and appearance may vary in different Marvel Universe versions, Jigsaw remains a cunning, ruthless villain. Additionally, he has joined many villainous groups and clashed with superheroes multiple times.
