Leader

The Leader, whose real name is Samuel Sterns, is a supervillain in Marvel Comics. He was originally an ordinary chemical plant worker who, after an accident, was exposed to gamma radiation, causing his body to mutate. His skin turned green, his head grew abnormally large, and his brain acquired superhuman intelligence. He uses his intellect to become a criminal mastermind, creating an international spy ring and clashing frequently with the Hulk, being one of his main foes. The Leader possesses extreme intelligence and scientific knowledge, specializing in genetics and robotics. He can also manipulate mental energy and perform mind control. He has died multiple times, only to be resurrected in various ways. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Samuel Sterns is portrayed by Tim Blake Nelson, debuting in 'The Incredible Hulk' and returning in 'Captain America: Brave New World'. His role is similar to that in the comics, as a scientist who gains superhuman intelligence due to gamma radiation and becomes a potential antagonist.
