Moonstone

Moonstone, also known as Karla Sofen, is a complex and powerful character in Marvel Comics. Initially a psychiatrist, she had a penchant for manipulating her patients instead of helping them. Her unethical behavior led her to become an assistant to the villainous Doctor Faustus, honing her manipulative skills. This allowed her to approach Lloyd Bloch, the original Moonstone, and trick him into surrendering the powerful Kree device. As the new Moonstone, Sofen became a notorious supervillain, joining teams like the Masters of Evil and the Thunderbolts. She even impersonated Ms. Marvel in the Dark Avengers. Moonstone's powers originate from a Moongem within her, granting her superhuman strength, speed, flight, and the ability to manipulate light. Moreover, Sofen is a master psychologist and manipulator, making her a formidable opponent. She has clashed with many heroes, including the Avengers and Ms. Marvel, often fluctuating between villain and anti-hero roles, showcasing her multifaceted nature.
