Damage Control is a fictional construction company in Marvel Comics specializing in repairing property damage caused by conflicts between superheroes and supervillains. Initially founded by Anne Marie Hoag, it was co-owned by Tony Stark and Wilson Fisk. Later, Stark and Fisk sold their shares due to Stark's unease with Fisk and Fisk's lack of confidence in Robin Chapel's leadership. The company underwent several ownership changes, including a brief period under Carlton Co, before being reacquired by Hoag with S.H.I.E.L.D. investment. Damage Control employees have faced dangerous situations, confronting characters like Doctor Doom and the Punisher, and encountering cosmic entities like the Silver Surfer and Galactus. They have also worked alongside the X-Men and interacted with the New Warriors. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Damage Control is portrayed as a U.S. government agency, a joint venture between Stark Industries and the U.S. government, responsible for cleaning up after the Battle of New York. The agency has appeared in *Spider-Man: Homecoming*, *Spider-Man: No Way Home*, and the Disney+ series *Ms. Marvel* and *She-Hulk: Attorney at Law*. A *Damage Control* television series was planned but ultimately unproduced.
