Akimichi Torifu

Torifu Akimichi was a jōnin of Konohagakure's Akimichi clan in the Naruto series. He was a direct subordinate of the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, and teamed up with Kagami Uchiha and Danzō Shimura. Shortly after the founding of Konoha, Torifu was in a class with Koharu Utatane and Homura Mitokado. During the First Shinobi World War, he was part of Tobirama's escort unit. When their unit was pursued by the Kinkaku Force of Kumogakure, he suggested someone would need to act as a decoy, essentially becoming a sacrifice. He witnessed Tobirama naming Hiruzen Sarutobi as the Third Hokage. Torifu was known for his physical prowess and also skilled in using a bō and shield. He also fought during the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's attack on Konoha. Though not a major character, Torifu's role as an early Akimichi member and a Konoha shinobi contributed to the Naruto world.
