Deidara

Deidara (デイダラ) was an S-rank missing-nin from Iwagakure in Naruto. He was a member of the Explosion Corps during his time in the village. After defecting, he was forced to join Akatsuki and was its youngest member. In Akatsuki, Deidara was initially partnered with Sasori until the latter's death, and later with Tobi before his own death. Deidara possessed the Explosion Release kekkei genkai which he used in his artistic creations. He believed art was a fleeting moment of explosion, pursuing the ultimate aesthetic of explosions. He kneaded his chakra into clay to create various explosives, which he saw as his art. Deidara had an extreme sense of pride in his art and would not accept any criticism of it. He harbored a grudge against Itachi Uchiha for defeating him with his Sharingan and trained to counter it. Deidara's personality was both calm and impulsive, often becoming irritable due to Tobi's behavior. Despite this, he recognized the strength and ideas of some people, such as referring to Sasori as "Sasori-danna" and respecting his art views. His signature catchphrase was "Art is an Explosion!"
