Haredas

Haredas is an elderly scientist from the anime and manga series *One Piece*, residing on the sky island Weatheria. He has a long white beard and long, straight hair of the same color, and wears a blue pointed hat and a wizard-like robe. Haredas served as Nami's tutor in weather manipulation during the timeskip. He has a carefree and upbeat personality, often smiling, but is also somewhat absent-minded and prone to repeating himself. Despite Nami's sometimes ungrateful and physically abusive attitude, he remains patient with her. As a scientist of Weatheria, Haredas possesses extensive knowledge of weather-based science, which he uses to control weather. He was born on the sky island Birka and began studying meteorology at the age of fifteen, later participating in the construction of Weatheria. After Nami left Weatheria, he and the other scientists started dressing more fashionably to impress her. He cares deeply for Nami and was surprised by her idea to use Weather Balls as weapons.
