Gedatsu

Gedatsu is a character from the manga and anime series *One Piece*. He was one of Enel's priests, who oversaw the 'Ordeal of Swamp' on Skypiea. Gedatsu is a tall, dark-skinned man with a distinctive hairstyle featuring upward-pointing tufts. He utilizes Dials, devices found on Skypiea, to aid him in combat, such as the 'Swamp Cloud Dial' and the 'Jet Dial.' Known for his quirky personality and frequent blunders, including rolling his eyes backward and speaking unclearly, his Ordeal paradoxically became the one with the highest survival rate. After losing to Chopper, Gedatsu falls from Skypiea and lands on the Blue Sea, where he befriends Goro and helps him build a hot spring resort. His post-Skypiea life was also featured in a cover story arc.
