Peeply Lulu

Peepley Lulu is one of the five foremen of Dock 1 at Galley-La Company in Water 7 in the anime and manga series *One Piece*. He specializes in ship's pitch, block and tackle, and blacksmithing. He becomes an ally of the Straw Hat Pirates during the end of the Water 7 Arc and the beginning of the Enies Lobby Arc. Peepley Lulu is a muscular man with black hair and a mustache who usually wears sunglasses. He's known for a part of his hair that constantly sticks up; whenever he tries to push it down, it pops up somewhere else. Peepley Lulu is very serious about his work and cares deeply for his coworkers and employer. While he can appear serious at times, he is a comic relief character, often partaking in gags, like using his sticking-up hair to distract enemies in battle. He is a skilled shipwright with immense physical strength and combat abilities, employing double weapons such as swords, guns, and saws.
