Paulie

Paulie is a character from One Piece, initially appearing as a foreman of Dock One in Water 7, specializing in rigging, knots, and masts. He later gets promoted to vice president of the Galley-La Company. Paulie is one of Iceburg's most trusted allies. He is characterized by his slicked-back blond hair, orange goggles on his forehead, a cigar in his mouth, and a denim jacket with flame designs. He is somewhat prudish and dislikes revealing clothing on women. Paulie also enjoys gambling, leading to frequent debts. He uses ropes in combat, pulling them from his sleeves and employing intricate knot techniques to restrain and attack foes. He assisted in the construction of the Thousand Sunny and became an ally of the Straw Hat Pirates during the Water 7 and Enies Lobby arcs. Paulie is very loyal to his mentor Iceburg, not hesitating to fight even against powerful enemies.
