Nefeltari Cobra

Nefertari Cobra is a character from the manga *One Piece*. He is the 12th king of the Alabasta Kingdom and the father of Princess Nefertari Vivi. Known for his benevolent rule and care for his people, he is regarded as a great monarch. Cobra deeply understands that the core of a nation lies in its people, and he consistently prioritizes the well-being of his citizens. He possesses a gentle and approachable personality while also maintaining the dignity and decisiveness of a king. Despite not being a Devil Fruit user, Cobra has demonstrated great willpower, exceptional leadership abilities, and some combat skills. He has stood up multiple times to protect his country and his people. During the Alabasta arc, he worked to prevent civil war and ultimately collaborated with the Straw Hat Pirates to defeat the mastermind, Crocodile. Cobra was a beloved leader who embodied the true meaning of a king. Later, at the Levely, he sacrificed his life to expose the dark truths of the World Government, trying to pass information to his daughter Vivi and Luffy. His death revealed the corruption within the World Government and ignited further turmoil.
