Roshio

Roshio, also known as "Executioner" Roshio, is a pirate captain in the manga series *One Piece* with a bounty of 42 million berries. He is a tall, muscular man with long white dreadlocks and a wide face. His left arm is intricately tattooed with skulls and a red pattern. He is often seen wearing an indigo A-shirt and black pants, with a headband featuring his jolly roger. Roshio is described as a crazy man in Mock Town, having murdered someone on the spot after losing a card game. Despite his significant bounty, he is not particularly strong, having been easily defeated by Bellamy. Later in the story, he is seen in Mock Town watching Vegapunk's global broadcast, appearing serious and seemingly believing Vegapunk's words. Roshio's pirate crew is called the Roshio Pirates, and their jolly roger is a red circle with a black silhouette of a hanged man.
