Whitey Bay

Whitey Bay, also known as the "Ice Witch," is a notorious New World pirate captain from the anime/manga *One Piece*. She was once a member of the Whitebeard Pirates before forming her own crew, which remained subordinate to Whitebeard. Whitey Bay is characterized by her long, flowing blue hair, full lips, and a perpetually confident expression. She wears a short, striped dress with laces and flower-shaped buttons, loose sleeves, and a scarf. She also sports a polka-dotted bandana, and a light blue and purple pirate hat with a skull and snowflake design on her Jolly Roger. Whitey Bay commands an icebreaker ship, which is equipped with a steel hull that allows it to traverse frozen seas, including those created by Admiral Aokiji. During the Marineford War, her ship played a crucial role in breaking through the ice and assisting Whitebeard's forces in their attempt to rescue Ace. Whitey Bay is fiercely loyal to Whitebeard, having answered his call to arms during the war. Despite her limited appearances, her cool, confident demeanor and dedication to Whitebeard have made a lasting impression.
