Decalvan Brothers

The Decalvan Brothers are two infamous New World pirates who appear in One Piece, allied with the Whitebeard Pirates. They are twins, sharing the same birthday, and both wear overalls. They have wide faces and flowing black hair, with one having a wider face and sharper teeth. Each brother opens one eye and closes the other, which has a scar, with the open eyes having a black rim. They both wear brown and yellow tricorn hats with polka dot bandanas underneath, one red, one blue. Their hats bear their Jolly Roger: two skulls and cross-bones with a wavy design. They also wear long yellow gloves with razor-sharp nails. The Decalvan Brothers are infamous in the New World and became subordinates of the Whitebeard Pirates. During the Summit War, they were entrusted by Whitebeard to lead the other subordinate pirate crews. In the anime, they fought and stalled Vice Admiral Dalmatian. They participated in the Summit War to save Ace and attended Whitebeard and Ace's funeral. In non-canon material, they had an argument with Edward Weevil and were defeated.
