Komei

Komei, also known as the "Genius Tactician" and "White Feather," is a Marine Vice Admiral who appears exclusively in the anime special "Adventure of Nebulandia" of One Piece, serving as the main antagonist. He initially appears as a member of the Foxy Pirates, but is actually undercover as part of an elaborate plan to capture Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates. Komei is a highly strategic commander with exceptional intelligence and analytical skills, devising multi-layered plans to weaken and ultimately capture the Straw Hats. He harbors a deep hatred for pirates, stemming from a childhood raid on his village, and is determined to end the Great Pirate Era. Komei is not only a brilliant strategist but also possesses considerable combat prowess, wielding Armament Haki to transform his fan into a sword. He disdains those who rely on Devil Fruit powers, believing that wisdom is more valuable than brute strength.
