Ryokugyu

Ryokugyu, also known as Aramaki, is a Marine Admiral in One Piece, codenamed "Green Bull." He was drafted into the Marines through the World Military Draft, filling the two Admiral positions left vacant by Akainu's promotion to Fleet Admiral and Aokiji's resignation. Ryokugyu first appeared during the Reverie arc and is noted for his ruthless and absolute sense of justice, admiring Sakazuki’s “Thorough Justice.” Ryokugyu possesses a plant-based Devil Fruit ability, allowing him to manipulate plants for attack and defense, and even to drain enemies of their moisture. He easily defeated the remnants of the Beasts Pirates, including King and Queen, showcasing his immense power. Despite his loyalty to the World Government's hierarchy and viewing the Celestial Dragons as gods, he sometimes disregards orders to pursue his own sense of justice. In the Wano Country arc, he attempted to apprehend Luffy and others but retreated after being intimidated by Shanks' Conqueror's Haki.
