Stussy

Stussy is a complex character in One Piece with multiple identities. On the surface, she is an agent of Cipher Pol No. 0 (CP0), the World Government's secret intelligence agency, known as the "Queen of the Pleasure District" operating in the underworld, famous for her powerful abilities and vast intelligence network. However, her true identity is a spy planted by Dr. Vegapunk within the World Government, serving him for two decades. Stussy is the first successful clone of the MADS organization, modeled after Miss Buckingham Stussy, a former member of the Rocks Pirates. She possesses outstanding combat skills, is proficient in Rokushiki, and can use Armament and Observation Haki. She also has the power of the Bat-Bat Fruit, capable of transforming into a bat or a human-bat hybrid, and can render others unconscious by sucking their blood. Stussy betrays CP0 in the Egghead Island arc, cooperating with Vegapunk and the Straw Hat Pirates, showcasing her internal struggle and pursuit of free will. She ultimately decides to help the Straw Hats escape, highlighting her human side and loyalty to Vegapunk.
