Shalulia

Shalulia, also known as Saint Shalria, is a character in the Japanese manga series *One Piece*. She is a World Noble, also known as a Celestial Dragon, and belongs to the prestigious Rosward Family. She is the younger sister of Saint Charlos and the daughter of Saint Rosward. Shalulia is a major antagonist during the Sabaody Archipelago arc. She and her family are notorious for their arrogance, cruelty, and treatment of commoners as slaves. She is often seen wearing the typical World Noble white suit and an oxygen mask to avoid breathing the same 'contaminated' air as commoners. Shalulia is a selfish, petulant character with no compassion for anyone she deems inferior. She is extremely cruel to slaves, regarding them as mere possessions to be disposed of. Although she has no fighting ability, her status allows her to act with impunity and even command Admirals. Her presence highlights the corruption and injustice of the World Nobles in *One Piece*, and fuels the protagonists' resolve to fight against such inequality and oppression.
