Saint Charlos/Sicong Sei

Saint Charlos, also known as Charlos Sei, is a major antagonist in the Japanese manga and anime series "One Piece". He is a Celestial Dragon, a member of the World Nobles, granting him immense social status and power. Saint Charlos is the son of Saint Rosward and the older brother of Saint Shalria. He is characterized by his extreme cruelty, arrogance, and selfishness, treating commoners as lowly slaves and abusing them at will. Saint Charlos first appears in the Sabaody Archipelago Arc, where he displays his habitual abuse of slaves and misuse of power. He reappears in the Reverie Arc, attempting to forcibly claim the mermaid princess Shirahoshi, once again triggering conflict. Despite his immense power, Saint Charlos is physically weak and is often defeated. He has left a very negative impression on viewers, becoming one of the most hated characters in "One Piece".
