Borsalino

Borsalino, more widely known by his alias "Kizaru," is an admiral in the Marines in the anime and manga series *One Piece*. He first appears during the Sabaody Archipelago arc. He is one of the Navy Headquarters' highest-ranking combatants and a major force of the World Government. Kizaru is known for his laid-back personality and slow, drawn-out speech, which contrasts sharply with his light-speed abilities. He has the power of the Glint-Glint Fruit, which allows him to transform into light and move and attack at light speed. Although he appears nonchalant in battle, Kizaru's strength is considerable. He often mocks his enemies with sarcasm and operates under the motto of "Unclear Justice". He has engaged with powerful characters like Whitebeard and Rayleigh, showcasing his formidable strength, despite sometimes exhibiting carelessness and irresponsibility. Kizaru's trademark attire includes a yellow pinstriped suit, a Marine coat, white shoes, and gold sunglasses. He remains one of the three admirals to keep his original position after Akainu's promotion to Fleet Admiral.
