Pedro

Pedro, also known as "Pedro of the Treetops," is a character in the anime and manga series *One Piece*. He is a jaguar mink and the captain of the Guardians. He was formerly the captain of the Nox Pirates, sailing in search of the Poneglyphs and earning a bounty of 382,000,000 berries. His journey was cut short in Totto Land. He returned to Totto Land to assist the Sanji Retrieval Team in rescuing Sanji. During the escape from Whole Cake Island, Pedro sacrificed himself to ensure his team's escape, believing that the Straw Hat Pirates would bring about the dawn of the world. Pedro was a tall, spotted jaguar mink with white ears and long, wavy blonde hair. He had his left eye taken by Charlotte Linlin, and later covered the scar with his hair. He also had a torn left ear. Pedro was extremely loyal to those he followed, and often overly eager to use violence to help his allies during tense situations. He was also very perceptive and cautious, being the only member of the Sanji Retrieval Team to be suspicious of Charlotte Pudding's motives.
