Vinsmoke Niji

Vinsmoke Niji, also known as "Dengeki Blue", is a character from the manga and anime series One Piece. He is the second son of the Vinsmoke Family, a prince of the Germa Kingdom, and a commander of Germa 66. Niji is known for his blue hair, distinctive curled eyebrows, and tall stature. He is arrogant and cruel, lacking empathy and often mistreating servants and commoners. Due to genetic modifications by his father, he was born without emotions, but possesses remarkable strength in battle. He has superhuman power, speed, and endurance, along with the ability called "Dengeki Blue," which allows him to electrify his body for attacks. Despite his cold personality, Niji shows moments of concern and gratitude towards his family, which contrasts with his engineered apathy. Initially an antagonist, he allies with the Straw Hat Pirates during the Whole Cake Island arc to fight against the Charlotte Family.
