Kelly Funk

Kelly Funk is a character from One Piece, originating from the Mogaro Kingdom and the older brother of the assassin duo, the Funk Brothers. He is short in stature but has a volatile personality, especially sensitive to being called a 'midget.' Kelly possesses the Paramecia-type Jake Jake no Mi Devil Fruit power, allowing him to transform into a jacket that can be worn by others, enabling him to control their body. He typically has his younger brother, Bobby, wear him, combining Bobby's strong physique with his own fighting skills. Kelly first appeared in the Dressrosa Arc's colosseum tournament, seeking the Mera Mera no Mi. He briefly allied with Luffy and others, only to betray them later. While his power is unique, Kelly's fighting ability is relatively limited and he was defeated by other fighters in the colosseum. He works alongside his brother, Bobby, and their unique combined abilities play a special role in combat. His presence adds more twists and humor to the story.
