Doberman

Doberman is a Vice Admiral in the Marines from One Piece, known for the X-shaped scars on his face and neck, a split mustache, and brown shoulder-length hair. He has no pupil in his left eye, which is often shadowed by his hat, sometimes appearing as an empty socket. He is a firm believer in Absolute Justice and is ruthless towards pirates. Doberman participated in the Buster Call on Enies Lobby and the Summit War of Marineford. He even attempted to display the heads of Whitebeard and Ace as trophies. He was also involved in the Egghead Incident. While sometimes showing respect for his subordinates and allies, he is willing to sacrifice his men and disregard the wounded to eliminate pirates. He follows orders even when he perceives them to be questionable. Doberman is generally calm and stoic, showing little emotion even in the face of danger or failure. He wields a katana and possesses Haki.
