Caesar Clown

Caesar Clown, also known as "Master", is an antagonist in the Japanese manga series *One Piece*, first appearing in the "Punk Hazard Arc." He is a mad scientist and an expert in chemical weapons of mass destruction. Caesar was a former colleague of Vegapunk and a member of the illegal scientific research team MADS. He possesses the Gasu Gasu no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that grants him the ability to turn into and manipulate gases. He is cruel, arrogant, and sinister, with a penchant for human experimentation and a willingness to sacrifice others for his own gain. He was allied with Donquixote Doflamingo, creating artificial Devil Fruits called SMILEs and providing power to the Emperor Kaido. Later defeated by the Straw Hat Pirates and Trafalgar Law, he was captured by the Big Mom Pirates and forced to work for them. Eventually, he escaped and partnered with former MADS member Vinsmoke Judge to form NEO MADS. Caesar is a controversial character who, despite his scientific genius, uses his intellect for evil purposes.
