Sebastian

Sebastian is a character in One Piece, a Wotan of half fish-man and half-giant heritage. He is a member of the World Pirates. Sebastian is large and muscular, possessing fish-man traits such as fin-like ears, fins on his shoulders, and a dorsal fin on his head, along with blue skin and green spots. He typically wears large sunglasses concealing his scarred, blind eyes. Despite being abandoned 30 years prior, Sebastian remains loyal to his captain, World. He is confident, believing he could defeat Luffy and Boa Hancock in two minutes, but was easily defeated. Sebastian possesses immense strength and the ability to breathe underwater. As a fish-man, he is skilled in Fish-Man Karate, and can use 'Camouflage Air' to blend into his surroundings. His main weapons are two maces, and due to his blindness, he is immune to Hancock's charm abilities.
