Initially, he sought freedom and adventure, but after being betrayed and imprisoned, he became ruthless and vengeful towards the World Government. World possesses immense physical strength, advanced Armament Haki, and Rokushiki techniques like Soru and Geppo. He also ate the Moa Moa no Mi, allowing him to increase the size and speed of anything he touches. He clashed with Luffy multiple times and is considered a major threat with the potential to destroy the world.
