Enel

Enel, also known as "God Enel," is a significant antagonist in the manga and anime series *One Piece*. He was the tyrannical ruler of Skypiea, a sky island, where he proclaimed himself a "god." Enel possesses the powerful Rumble-Rumble Fruit, granting him the ability to manipulate lightning, and also has advanced Observation Haki (Mantra). Hailing from the sky island Birka, Enel destroyed his homeland by misusing his Devil Fruit powers and subsequently conquered Skypiea. He exhibits immense arrogance and believes himself to be invincible. His ambition was to reach the legendary "Fairy Vearth," which is actually the moon, to establish his own divine kingdom. Though defeated by Luffy due to Luffy’s rubber body being immune to electricity, Enel successfully reached the moon and became its ruler, acquiring robot followers. Enel's imposing presence, power, and self-proclaimed god status make him a distinctive and memorable villain in *One Piece*.
