Kong

In the world of One Piece, Kong is the Commander-in-Chief of the World Government. He was formerly the Fleet Admiral of the Marines, active during the Roger era. After being promoted to Commander-in-Chief of the World Government forces, he holds a position second only to the Five Elders and Imu. Kong is a muscular, broad-chested elderly man with a distinctive white spiky hairstyle and beard, and a stitched scar under his left eye. He wears a sleeveless shirt adorned with medals, dark green armbands, and a light yellow scarf. He holds a strong sense of pride in the Marines and his position. Although Kong's combat abilities have not been fully revealed, as a high-ranking Marine officer, he possesses Haki. He has worked with Garp and Sengoku, and acknowledges their strength. His position and authority allow him to command the Marines, as well as government agencies like the Cipher Pols and the Seven Warlords of the Sea (before their abolishment). He can revoke the title of any Warlord of the Sea at any time and can declare a Buster Call on any island he deems a threat. Due to Kong's position, he may play a more important role in the later stages of One Piece.
