Blueno

Blueno is a character from the manga and anime series One Piece, initially introduced as an agent of CP9, operating undercover as a bartender in Water 7. He is a tall man with large lips, a black beard, and black hair styled like bull horns. Blueno is a major antagonist in the Water 7 arc and a minor one in the Enies Lobby arc. He possesses superhuman strength and durability, is skilled in Rokushiki martial arts, and is the user of the Doa Doa no Mi Devil Fruit, which allows him to create doors on any surface for instant travel and surprise attacks. Unlike other CP9 members, he remains calm and collected, symbolizing the cynical and ruthless actions of the World Government, especially in their manipulation of Nico Robin. Blueno was defeated by Luffy's Gear Second in their battle at Enies Lobby, yet he is a strong CP9 agent and later becomes a member of CP0 after the time skip, becoming an even higher-ranking agent of the World Government.
