Fukurou

Fukurou, also known as Fukuro the Owl, is a character in the Japanese manga series One Piece. He is a former member of CP9, an elite assassination unit of the World Government, and later becomes an agent of CP0. Fukurou is a large, round, oddly-shaped man with a yellow zipper across his mouth, which he must unzip to speak. He refers to himself as "Fukurou the Silent," but ironically, he's very talkative and prone to blurting out secrets. He often ends his sentences with "chapapa." Despite his comical appearance, Fukurou is a skilled practitioner of the Rokushiki martial arts and possesses a Doriki of 800. He has a unique ability to measure the Doriki of others. During the Enies Lobby Arc, he fights Franky and is defeated. After the timeskip, he becomes a CP0 agent. He possesses both Armament Haki and Observation Haki.
