Kalifa

Kalifa is a character in the Japanese manga series *One Piece*. She is a former member of the World Government's intelligence agency, CP9, and initially served as the secretary to Iceburg. She is known for her serious demeanor and her catchphrase, "That's sexual harassment." During the Water 7 arc, she reveals her true identity as a CP9 agent. As a member of CP9, Kalifa is proficient in Rokushiki, although her Doriki is the lowest among the group. She later gains the Awa Awa no Mi (Bubble-Bubble Fruit), which allows her to create and manipulate soap bubbles. These bubbles can remove an opponent's strength, making them slippery and hard to hold. Kalifa engaged in a fierce battle against Nami in the Enies Lobby arc and was ultimately defeated. After the disbandment of CP9, she joins CP0, the World Government's covert agency. Additionally, she is the daughter of Laskey and sister of Alpha.
