Jabra

Jabra (ジャブラ) is a character from the manga and anime series *One Piece*. He was formerly a member of CP9, a secret intelligence agency directly under the World Government, and was the third strongest member of the organization. Following the Enies Lobby incident, he joined CP0 as an agent. Jabra is a dark-skinned man with a Fu Manchu mustache, a pointed goatee, and long braided hair resembling a scorpion's tail. He has a diagonal scar over his left eye and a tattoo of a wolf on his left shoulder. He always wears small, pointed sunglasses. Jabra is highly competitive and very confident in his abilities. He is also superstitious, believing that Devil Fruits are inhabited by devils. He ate the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Wolf, which allows him to transform into a wolf-man, greatly enhancing his combat abilities. He is a master of Rokushiki, claiming to be the only one who can combine Tekkai with martial arts, calling it "Tekkai Kenpo." Jabra is a user of Haki and skilled at lying and deceit. He has a rivalry with fellow CP9 member Rob Lucci, though he also cares for the well-being of his comrades.
