Spandine

Spandine is a character in One Piece, the former chief of CP9 and the father of Spandam. He led the "investigation" of Ohara 22 years ago and was responsible for summoning the Buster Call, leading to the island's destruction. Spandine is a selfish and unscrupulous character, also known for his cowardice. He is very loyal to the World Government's Five Elders, believing himself to be an agent of justice. Although he was once the head of CP9, he does not have strong combat abilities and mainly relies on his subordinates. Later, due to the exposure of his schemes and an illness, Spandine lost his power within the World Government. During the time skip, he tried to cooperate with some criminals, but was thwarted by his former subordinates. He is both one of the main culprits of the Ohara incident and a villain known for his cowardly and dishonorable actions.
