Bins

Binz is a character in One Piece, first appearing in the movie "One Piece Film: Z." He was once a member of the Marines, but later joined the Neo Marines, becoming a subordinate of Z. Binz is tall and lanky, with exaggerated large lips and broad shoulders, dressed in a brightly colored ninja-style outfit. He possesses superhuman speed and is skilled in swordsmanship and ninja weapons such as shuriken. Binz also has the power of the Mosa Mosa no Mi, a Devil Fruit that allows him to accelerate the growth of plants and control them, using them to bind enemies or launch attacks. He is very loyal to Z and shares his hatred of pirates. Binz's fighting style is unpredictable and varied. Although he was ultimately defeated by Sanji, his strength within the Marines is not to be underestimated, and he is considered one of Z's most capable assistants.
