Zephyr

Zephyr, also known as "Black Arm" Zephyr or Z, is the main antagonist of the One Piece film, "Film Z." He was a former Marine Admiral and instructor before resigning to become the leader of the Neo Marines. Zephyr initially sought to be a hero of justice, but was betrayed by pirates, leading to the death of his family and the severing of his arm, causing him to harbor a deep hatred for pirates. He believes that the Navy's weakness allows pirates to run rampant, and thus is determined to eradicate them on his own terms. He forms the Neo Marines and calls himself "Z," his childhood hero's alias, planning to destroy the New World to end the Great Pirate Era. Zephyr possesses immense physical strength and Armament Haki, and his mechanical arm, the "Battle Smasher", is embedded with Sea Prism Stone, allowing him to effectively combat Devil Fruit users. Though he opposes the Straw Hat Pirates, he eventually recognizes Luffy's strength and convictions during their battle, ultimately sacrificing himself to allow Luffy and his crew to escape.
