Ulti

Ulti (うるティ) is a character from the manga series "One Piece". She is one of the "Tobiroppo", the six strongest Shinuchi of the Beasts Pirates, and the elder sister of Page One. She is a hot-headed and capricious young woman, but also fiercely loyal to the Beasts Pirates and her younger brother. Ulti possesses the Ryu Ryu no Mi, an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit, allowing her to transform into a Pachycephalosaurus. She is known for her powerful headbutt attacks. Despite her bratty demeanor, she is a formidable fighter and a valuable asset to the Beasts Pirates. She often speaks in a courtesan-like manner, ending her sentences with "arinsu", but switches to a normal tone when emotional. She dotes on her younger brother Page One, calling him "Pay-tan". She has clashed with the Straw Hat Pirates multiple times and is a major antagonist in the Wano Country Arc.
