Charlotte Normande

Charlotte Normande is the 38th daughter and 82nd child of the Charlotte Family in One Piece. She is a hybrid between a human and a dwarf, possessing a very small stature, fair skin, purple eyes, and brown hair with yellow flowers in it. She wears a blue dress and has large, fairy-like wings. Like dwarves, she has a tail, and her dress extends to cover most of it. Not much is known about Normande's personality, but she enjoys playing with butterflies and appears to have a close relationship with her brother Charlotte De-Chat. She was seen playing with butterflies when Charlotte Linlin was heading to meet the Vinsmoke Family. Normande is 10 years old and first appeared in Manga Volume 84, Chapter 845 and Anime Episode 809. Her name might come from the French 'Tarte normande' or the Norman cattle breed.
