Charlotte Flampe

Charlotte Flampe is a character from the Japanese manga series *One Piece*. She is the 36th daughter and 77th child of the Charlotte Family and an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. She serves as the Captain of the Special Attack Unit and is also the Minister of Honey for Totto Land, governing Rokumitsu Island. Additionally, she is the President of the Katakuri Fan Club. Flampe is a young girl with dark hair tied in a long ponytail, curled at the end and held with a red flower-shaped tie. She is obsessive and greatly admires her older brother, Katakuri, believing him to be perfect. She would even interfere in his battles to maintain his perfect image. However, this admiration is superficial; she is shocked and mocking when Katakuri is injured or reveals a different appearance. Flampe is also vain and sadistic, enjoying the misfortune of her enemies and demeaning subordinates who fail to meet her standards. Nevertheless, she is loyal to her mother and family. She is skilled with a silent blowgun and has a device in her outfit that allows her to float like a balloon.
