Charlotte Joscarpone

Charlotte Joscarpone is the 29th daughter and 63rd child of the Charlotte Family in One Piece. She is the younger twin sister of Charlotte Mascarpone and a Snakeneck-human hybrid. Joscarpone is an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. She is a tall young woman with long, cerulean hair that reaches her shoulders. As a half-snakeneck, Joscarpone has a much longer neck than a normal person. She wears a light pink dress, a pink cape, brown armbands, gladiator-style sandals, and a decorative golden hoop around her neck. Joscarpone is loyal to her family and crew. She appears to be sadistic, enjoying setting the Thousand Sunny ablaze with flaming arrows and watching Katakuri stomp Luffy. She is also cowardly, as she and Mascarpone screamed in fear when Luffy rushed to attack them. Joscarpone wields a naginata and a bow with flaming arrows, and seems to have good reflexes, as she dodged a surprise punch from Luffy.
