Charlotte Panna

Charlotte Panna is the 28th daughter and 61st child of the Charlotte Family in One Piece, and an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. She participated in the ambush of Monkey D. Luffy on Cacao Island as part of Charlotte Oven's army. Panna is a tall young woman with long, reddish-pink hair, large round eyes, long eyelashes, and prominent round ears. She wears a red dress with a high collar and crescent patterns, a yellow scarf, and a light-colored belt. She also sports a large bow on her back, large mammalian gloves with claw-like knives, and dark-colored boots. Panna appears to be loyal to her family and crew. Her name, "Panna," means "cream" in Italian, fitting the food theme of the Charlotte family. As an officer of the Big Mom Pirates, she possesses authority over lower-ranking members and is strong enough to have been chosen for the ambush on Luffy.
