Charlotte Joconde

Charlotte Joconde is a character from the anime and manga series *One Piece*. She is the 27th daughter and 59th child of the Charlotte Family, and a member of the Big Mom Pirates. She served as a member of Charlotte Oven's army during the Straw Hat Pirates' arrival on Cacao Island. Joconde is a short woman with long, bushy blonde hair. She wears a frilly light green dress over a green shirt, along with a knight's helmet with a long spike, gauntlets, and leg armor. She is often seen riding a helmeted horse. While her specific combat abilities are unknown, as an officer of the Big Mom Pirates, she is considered to have a high level of strength. Joconde takes great pride in her crew and was embarrassed by the amount of force needed to engage the Straw Hats. During the Cacao Island battle, she was preoccupied with fighting Germa 66, and was therefore unable to prevent Luffy and Sanji from escaping. Overall, Charlotte Joconde is a minor yet distinctive character in the *One Piece* universe.
