Charlotte Praline

Charlotte Praline is a character from the Japanese manga series *One Piece*. She is the 21st daughter and 47th child of the Charlotte Family, and the younger twin sister of Prim. Praline is a half-mermaid, possessing the characteristics of a hammerhead shark. She served as the Minister of Design for Totto Land, governing Unique Island. She later married Aladine, the vice-captain of the Sun Pirates, and joined his crew, defecting from her family. Praline has a powerful singing voice that can control territorial sea slugs, which she uses to help her allies escape.
