Charlotte Melise

Charlotte Melise is the 17th daughter and 40th child of the Charlotte Family in One Piece, and an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. She is characterized by her distinctive deer-like antlers on her head and long, flowing hair that reaches below her waist. Melise wears a fancy dress with a wide, puffy skirt, and has relatively thin arms. In the digitally colored manga, she has brown hair and antlers, and her dress is light pink. Melise appears to be loyal to her family and crew, having attended a meeting to discuss the Big Mom Pirates' enemies. As an officer, she has authority over lower-ranking members. She first appeared in Manga Volume 85, Chapter 854, during a crisis meeting before a wedding. The name Melise might be derived from "melissa" or the French word "caraméliser" (to caramelize). Some sources list her age as 33.
