Charlotte Mondée

Charlotte Mondée is a character from *One Piece*. She is the second daughter and sixth child of the Charlotte Family, the eldest of the quadruplet sisters Amande, Hachée, and Effilée. She is a snakeneck-human hybrid and an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. Mondée is a thickset woman with a round face and neck, which obscures the long neck typical of snakenecks. She has long, wavy, teal hair, and wears a wide-brimmed black hat with pink flowers. She is dressed in a yellow buttoned gown. Mondée is loyal to her family and crew and attended a meeting regarding the Straw Hat Pirates and their allies. She ends her sentences with '-mondée'. She has a strong love for her family, is close to her quadruplet sisters, and tried to protect Amande’s island from her mother’s rampage. She is depicted as having some swordsmanship skills and being able to withstand a burst of Big Mom’s Haoshoku Haki. Mondée serves as a minor antagonist during the Whole Cake Island arc.
