Charlotte Raisin

Charlotte Raisin is a character from the anime and manga series *One Piece*. He is the 33rd son and 60th child of the Charlotte Family and an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. He was part of Big Mom's enraged army sent to fight Monkey D. Luffy, and later joined Charlotte Oven's forces to ambush Luffy on Cacao Island. Raisin is a very tall man, towering over most soldiers on Cacao Island, with long, spiky white hair and a pink line running vertically down his face across each eye. He wears a double-breasted white jacket, white pants, and a long purple cape with pink epaulettes. Raisin is loyal to his family and the Big Mom Pirates, joining the enraged army to avenge his brother's defeat. He is also analytical, considering Luffy's escape methods after Brûlée's disappearance. While he usually has a stoic expression, he seems to enjoy fighting. Raisin wields a katana and is capable of using Armament Haki. He attempted to attack Luffy with his sword but was defeated by Sanji. He also accompanied the Big Mom Pirates in their attempt to enter Wano Country.
