Charlotte Basans

Charlotte Basans is the 23rd son and 39th child of the Charlotte Family in One Piece, and the younger twin brother of Charlotte Saint-Marc. He is an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. Basans is a very tall, dark-skinned man with several antlers on his head. He wears a puffy light blue hooded jacket with circle patterns and a large zipper, along with armor on his legs. Basans is very loyal to his family and crew, participating in the plan to assassinate the Vinsmoke Family. He possesses a strong will, capable of withstanding Big Mom's Haoshoku Haki burst and remaining conscious. He also has above-average physical strength, briefly clashing with Vinsmoke Yonji. During the Whole Cake Island arc, Basans attended Charlotte Pudding and Sanji's wedding and was involved in the assassination attempt on the Vinsmoke Family, which ultimately failed. Basans also participated in the siege against Capone Bege and tried to attack him as he escaped, but was blocked by the Vinsmoke Family. Despite this, Charlotte Basans remains a significant member of the Big Mom Pirates.
