Charlotte Moscato

Charlotte Moscato is the 16th son and 25th child of the Charlotte Family in One Piece, the eldest triplet brother of Mash and Cornstarch. He is also an officer of the Big Mom Pirates and serves as Totto Land's Minister of Gelato, governing Ice Island. Moscato has a thick torso with comparatively thin arms and legs. He has a long, unshaven face and pink and blue hair slicked upward in a pompadour. He wears a dark blue jacket with ice cream-shaped tasseled pauldrons, a thick belt with "SM" on the buckle, and a striped suit underneath. Moscato cares about Sweet City's citizens and attempted to stop his mother from destroying it during one of her craving-induced rampages. Despite his bravery, Big Mom stole 40 years of his lifespan, and he was presumed dead. However, he recovered and continued to pursue the Straw Hat Pirates. Moscato carries a long sword with an ice cream cone-shaped handle.
