Charlotte Dosmarche

Charlotte Dosmarche is a character from One Piece. He is the 14th son and 23rd child of the Charlotte Family, and the younger triplet brother of Nusstorte and Basskarte. He is a member of the Big Mom Pirates and serves as the Minister of Tea in Totto Land, governing Black Island. Dosmarche is a portly man with olive skin, a round face, a long black handlebar mustache, and thick eyebrows. His hair is gray and styled into a mohawk. He wears a purple shirt with a light purple cape, dark blue pants, and a red ascot, carrying a sword on his belt. Dosmarche is loyal to his family and crew, having participated in the plot to assassinate the Vinsmoke Family. He is also depicted as being fearful of Big Mom's reactions. Though he is an officer in the Big Mom Pirates with authority over his crew, he was defeated in combat by the Vinsmoke Family. In the anime, he is shown to possess great strength, being able to lift a large boulder, and considerable resistance, remaining conscious after being struck multiple times by Ichiji. He also demonstrated the ability to use two swords, spinning them and controlling them at a distance.
