Charlotte Basskarte

Charlotte Basskarte is a character from One Piece, the 13th son and 22nd child of the Charlotte Family. He is the middle triplet brother of Nusstorte and Dosmarche, and an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. Basskarte is a large, wide man with a wide head. The bottom part of his face is obscured by his jacket collar, and his hands are kept inside his long sleeves. He wears a mask over his mouth and nose and a headband that further conceals his face. He has a massive mane of puffy, flame-like hair. While his face is not shown in the manga, the anime reveals he has fangs. Basskarte is very loyal to his family and crew, participating in Big Mom's plan to assassinate the Vinsmoke Family. He can launch flames from his hands, though they are ineffective against Vinsmoke's Raid Suits. In the anime, he can also breathe fire. Basskarte possesses a strong will, able to withstand Big Mom's Supreme King Haki and loud scream while remaining conscious.
